The successful candidate will take responsibility for dealing with enquiries from potential customers, liaising with suppliers, converting enquiries into sales and supporting the technical team with continued improvements to the technology based on the enquiries and sales process. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for social media marketing and will provide support for business development. The position involves interaction with many different clients across the world from different market sectors, and this experience will be used to help drive forward our marketing and business growth strategy. The position offers significant variety in terms of dealing with customers operating in different markets from around the world and supporting all aspects of Geocento as a business, including the long term strategy. It is more important that candidates have good skills in terms of communication, attitude and organisation than in-depth knowledge of earth observation.

Proven experience required:
- Strong, professional communications skills
- Either experience in sales / business development and / or geospatial solutions
- Excellent organisational skills
- Enthusiastic manner and good team working
- Very good English language skills (oral and written)
- Additional language skills
- Experience in technical sales
- Experience in earth observation
- Willingness to travel
