We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Whenever we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, or we permit our suppliers to do so we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards are in place:

- We will only permit the transfer of your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide as adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission.

- Where we use certain service providers we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in the EEA.

- Where we use providers based in the USA we may transfer personal data to them if they are part of the Privacy Shield, which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data as if it was shared between two EEA based entities.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and our regulator the ICO of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

YOUR RIGHTS

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We will retain personal data for up to 2 years from the time you provide the data in order to facilitate follow-up business enquiries. It we have not received consent to retain this data and/or it is not relevant to a legitimate active business enquiry, we will delete the data. To determine the appropriate retention periods we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure and the purposes for which we process that personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

By law we have to keep basic information about customers for six years for tax purposes.
In some cases we anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you and obtain your express consent (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
